libbcel-java software package provides Analyze, create, and manipulate (binary) Java class files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbcel-java
libbcel-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbcel-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbcel-java *
You will get with libbcel-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
